We're Emerging Storyteller Fund Grantees!

We're a recipient of the Emerging Storyteller Fund!

The Teaching About Religion team is so honored to be a recipient of the Kartemquin Film's Emerging Storyteller Fund! We are grateful for the opportunity and look forward to continuing to work on the film with the additional support. A special thank you to Kartemquin for investing in our team and this project - they invested in Director/Producer Allison Walsh and Associate Producer Lilly Hanson through their internship program and now in our film. It is really inspiring to see how many amazing projects are being created by the KTQ community. We're so excited to be included with such a wonderful group -congratulations to the other grantees! Kartemquin will celebrate the grantees and provide previews of select works in-progress that received the funding at the organizations 2nd annual Empowering Truth Benefit Luncheon on October 29th.

Teaching About Religion is in Production

Production is currently underway at Prospect High School. Each day spent in the classroom helps shape the story of the film, but it takes a lot to hire crew members to shoot for each school day. The crew is so appreciative of the staff at Prospect for their support and the support from those who have donated to the project so far. Please consider donating online to help fund our continued production and pay our crew.
